I took a class at The Artsy Soul in Manahawkin, NJ. If you are in the area be sure to check out her store. Colleen the owner is an awesome doll artist and a sweetheart. I will be teaching there this summer.
Here is the first attempt at making my doll….lol We used paper clay, it is awesome to work with! I kept trying to make her lips looks kissable..tee hee
I made her fingers aren’t they so cute!
Her fairy ears, love them. (still looks like an alien, to me!) Here she is all together and face on.
This is Colleen’s doll so pretty!
Here she is with hair, she’s kind of wild child.
I went with Angela, be sure to check her blog: Pages by the sea.
Ok, I’ve made you wait long enough, here is my complete girl using G45’s new collection Secret Garden:
So, here is how I started:
I sprayed it first with white dylusions to tone it down to make her bodice.
I pleated it and added the back and embellished the waist.
Sorry, this was such a long post. Thanks for hanging in there! Have a great week. Hugz, Z
