HI, today I went into NYC and visited Tinsel Trading Co.

Around the corner is M & J Trimming, another place you can get lost at!  lol

Love those cameo’s and more flowers.

Yes, I was like a typical tourist!  LOL  Anyone for a dirty water hot dog?

Let’s Get Shabby #10

I know I'm late but wanted to show you what the challenge was for Let’s Get Shabby #10  It was an Easter Theme and since I don’t have little ones anymore it took me a while to find these pictures.  lol   I made the dress and hat for Gabby and the bouquet you see was done by my Mother-in-law.  I still have some of the original fabric.  I just can’t let go of anything!  lol

I do love my bears.  ;o)  I did some doodling, lots of inking, stickles and sewing.  Thanks for looking!  Hugz, Z

It’s A Zoo Around Here & Little Yellow Bicycle

This is Gabby and her outfit goes great with this paper!  Just love it.  :o)

Here is my 8 x 8 album, the front is using bazzill’s clear paper and the second page I use the I-top tool to make the brad, my new favorite toy. ;o)

A May Day Tussie Mussie Swap

I just had to share with you my lovely gift from Amy from Papertrails.

This is filled with lots of goodies and some other ribbon she gave me.  Thanks, Amy!  Just love it!  ;o)

Amy loves Gerber daisy’s and I used a vintage hanky and vintage yellow bird.  At the bottom I created this small angel.

ART OPERA~Lisa Kettell

I was at the Art Opera in Red Bank, NJ today.  Look at all the fabulous women that were there:

This is Joan, Lisa’s sweet Mom and artist.  I just love her altered books and jewelry.

This Kecia from Lemoncholys.  She makes the most beautiful jewelry with dolls from Germany.  (more later)

This is one the dolls Kecia gets from Germany.  There use to be an Old doll company in Germany that made these dolls and in World War II it got bombed.  Kecia knows the two men who go there and excavate the area to find these dolls.  They just find them in the ground, isn’t that amazing?
