Join Rhonna Farrer in the 21 day challenge. It started last Monday but you can jump in anytime. You can do this on your own time. Just do it! I hope to have my journal up within the next few days. My 21 day challenge was to give up soda~I've taken this challenge twice before and was successful! I gave it up both times for about 3 mos. But have since fallen off the wagon! lol So, I am doing it again.
